At the World Education Congress in Orlando July 23-26, Meeting Professionals International will hold open sessions called the Daily Download to help continue conversations long after the convention is over. In these sessions, participants will be recorded discussing the sessions they attended and how they are connecting with their peers through education. Attendee observations and feedback also will be gathered using social media channels and community notes. "For the attendees looking for the most efficient ways to connect on-site, Daily Download is the place to be to transfer insights and elevate your daily learning," said Diana Rogers, MPI director of program development in a statement. "In addition to learning, Daily Download provides the chance to network based on the session topics of interest. We expect this to be one of the most popular times of day." Speakers will be encouraged to visit the Daily Download to experience their feedback instantly and to interact with those who attended their presentations. Attendees also will be able to vote for sessions they wish to repeat. The chosen sessions will be repeated during reserved time slots on Monday, July 25, and Tuesday, July 26. For those following the WEC onversations online, the Daily Download and the crowd-sourced Google Docs will give a preview of the sessions professionals can view either on-demand or purchase in the future. The Daily Download will be at 4:30 p.m. on July 24, and  at 4:15 p.m. on July 25 and 26 in room S320GH at the Orange County Convention Center.
