American Express Business Travel has launched an online interactive scorecard, designed to help measure the effectiveness of a company's travel program. The scorecard, which can be accessed by anyone here, asks a series of questions related to travel management, including demand-management strategies, compliance practices, technology implementation and data integration. The questions and scoring are based on recent research conducted by eXpert insights, the research arm of American Express Business Travel; the platform also offers advice and tips culled from the research. The scorecard and research are presented to help travel managers benchmark their current and recent program initiatives.
