The 1,572-room Hilton Anaheim, by the Anaheim Convention Center, is in the midst of a $60 million renovation. Earlier this year, the convention center wrapped up a $2.6 million renovation of its arena. The Walt Disney Co. recently broke ground on a 250-room expansion of its 745-room Grand California Hotel & Spa.
