Hyatt Hotels will add four well-known properties to its porfolio in France in April. The hotels, which will all be renovated and rebranded, are the 409-room Hotel Martinez in Cannes, which will become the Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez; the 188-room Palais de la Mediterranée Hotel and Casino in Nice, which will be rebranded Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Mediterranée; the 950-room Concorde Lafayette in Paris, which will be renamed the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile; and, also in Paris, the 177-room Hotel du Louvre, which will become an Andaz following its refurbishment. All four properties have meeting space.
