Omni Hotels & Resorts has implemented LivePerson Enterprise in the meetings section of its website (omnihotels.com). The live chat technology allows planners to communicate with Omni sales managers about RFPs and more.

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is implementing the Green Key Eco-Rating Program, a standard for environmental sustainability, for its U.S., Canadian and Caribbean properties. The system complements the EcoTrack system, a platform that benchmarks energy and water use, waste generation and greenhouse gas emissions for all full-service Hyatts around the world.

Incentive firm Carlson Marketing has introduced mobile gift certificates called mCerts for its Instant Rewards program. The product allows firms to send gift certificates to program participants and clients via mobile devices.
