The Incentive Marketing Association, based in Naperville, Ill., recently announced the winners of its 2005 Circle of Excellence Awards, which recognize outstanding incentive programs.
    Among the honorees: T-Mobile USA, based in Bellevue, Wash., which won for best customer service program.
    Anderson Performance Improvement Co., an incentive company in Hastings, Minn., took the top spot for best employee recognition program.
    For best safety incentive program, the award went to mining firm Massey Energy Co., based in Richmond, Va. Artistic Promotions LLC, based in Dunbar, W.Va., co-designed the program.
    North Canton, Ohio-based software services firm Diebold won for best incentive sales campaign with a program designed by USMotivation, based in Atlanta.
