Ambassadors International announced in February it would sell its assets -- which include its meetings and incentive business -- keeping only its cruise division, which owns and operates Windstar Cruises. Stephens Inc. will sell the company's principal non-Windstar assets as well as evaluate corporate capital and debt opportunities available to the firm. Ambassadors will move its headquarters to Seattle.

Travel Management Provider
Travel 15 Ltd., based in Roseland, N.J., and incentive firm Hogan Events, in Scotch Plains, N.J., are pooling their resources and offering their specialized services to a shared client base. The two companies, which specialize in corporate travel and event management for clients in New Jersey and New York, will remain independently owned.

Twenty-six percent of respondents to a survey of U.S. and Canadian insurance/finance firms said they either canceled or made significant changes in a recognition conference to be held this year. The survey of 60 companies was conducted in December by consulting firm LIMRA International.
