The Chicago-based Society of Incentive & Travel Executives revealed the winners of its 2004 Crystal Awards for top incentive programs at the organization’s International Conference held in Merida, Mexico, in November.
    Winners in the category of “most creative use of an incentive program to solve a marketing problem” were Melbourne, Australia-based 212F and Minneapolis-based MotivAction LLC.
    For “most outstanding incentive travel program, five nights or more,” winners were La Jolla, Calif.-based Travel Dynamics Group (five to 75 participants); PGI Vancouver (76 to 200 participants); San Diego’s Incentive Travel LLC and Mississauga, Ontario-based Martiz Canada Inc., both in the subcategory of 200 or more participants.
    Oreland, Pa.-based Harith Productions took home a Crystal for “most outstanding catered event at an incentive program.”
