Site, the organization formerly known as the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives, has launched two new certificate courses.

The incentive project management designation includes seven hours of education covering topics such as designing an effective incentive program, tracking participant progress during the qualification period and measuring an incentive program's results.

The second certificate, for cruising and incentives, is co-sponsored by the Cruise Lines International Association and requires four hours of education on the differences between cruise and land destinations as they apply to incentive travel.

Both courses were offered for the first time during Site's annual global conference, held Dec. 7-10 in Orlando.
