Out of an average of 20 vacation days allotted each year, U.S. workers leave 3.2 days unspent, revealed a recent Oxford Economics study of U.S. workers who are entitled to paid time off. That's more than 429 million days that could have been used for traveling, spending money and other actions that would be beneficial for the economy. The chart below shows the reasons why people are leaving time off on the table.
