SmartAsset, an online service offering financial advice, data visualizations and tools, has released its third annual ranking of the best cities for conferences. To create the list, SmartAsset analyzed 102 of the largest U.S. cities using factors such as the number and size of hotels in the city, the average room rate, the average cost of a three-course meal for one person at a mid-range restaurant, the distance between downtown and the airport, the number of violent crimes per 100,000 people, and the number of restaurants and other entertainment venues as a percentage of all businesses. Following are the top 10 cities per the latest ranking, with the Alamo City at the top for the third year in a row. Click here to see the full results.
