The money saved from collecting lanyards and badge holders at the end of a meeting really adds up. To streamline the process, station an employee at the door to retrieve them as attendees leave; if you offer a small treat in return (such as a Hershey's Kiss), you might collect more of them. When printing lanyards, limit graphics to the company or association name and logo (and the sponsor, if necessary), so that they can be reused in future years.
