There is nearly $3 billion in visitor-related infrastructure development happening in Cleveland right now. Part of this unprecedented growth includes the new Cleveland Convention Center, multiple hotel projects, and the addition of a Hilton Cleveland/Downtown convention center hotel.

Opening in 2016, the 600-room Hilton Cleveland/Downtown convention center hotel will offer 55,000 square feet of meeting space and will be directly connected to the Cleveland Convention Center and Global Center for Health Innovation. Not even two blocks from the convention center sits the new Westin hotel offering 484 rooms, 20 breakout rooms, and a 9,000-square-foot grand ballroom.

Once in the city, Cleveland is a surprising destination that currently offers 15 name-brand hotels within walking distance of the Cleveland Convention Center, an assortment of independently-owned restaurants, multiple attractions including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, or the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, entertainment districts like East Fourth Street, and a Great Lake.
