About the webcast:

When planning a business meeting or event to the Mexican Caribbean, travelers are usually faced with one big question - whether to plan a meeting at an all-inclusive resort or at a hotel with a European plan. In this webinar, Susan Hanlon, Vice President of Meeting and Incentive Sales at Palace Resorts, and Kathy Halpern, Vice President of Marketing at Palace Resorts, discuss the advantages of hosting a business meeting or event at an all-inclusive resort. They talk about the benefits of receiving one flat rate for everything a successful meeting needs - accommodations, meeting space, set-up, food, beverage, snacks, and more - while also breaking down a cost comparison between an all-inclusive and European Plan.
