With wifi, laptops, smartphone email apps and other productivity tools, it's harder than ever to separate work time from play time. A hobby that you love can be a great way to get out of your work head. So take the time to dive back into a treasured activity from your past or embark on something new. Learn how to crochet, go skydiving, grow some plants, read voraciously, create recipes, draw, paint, play piano -- whatever you can do to take your mind off the day-to-day.
