The mixologists at Albaca, the restaurant at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa in California, have come up with a host of flavorful nonalcoholic drinks to please guests who are eating and drinking more healthfully. The mocktails use distilled nonalcoholic spirits from Seedlip and can be paired with the establishment's menu of California seafood and Baja-inspired flavors and flair. Here are the drink recipes:

NOT YOUR GIN AND TONIC (above)
2 oz. Spice 94 Seedlip
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
3 cilantro leaves, plus one for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake 20 times. Then fine-strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cilantro leaf.

YOUR SWEET SIDE

3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 oz celery shrub
4 dashes of black walnut bitters
2 oz. soda water

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker, add ice and shake 20 times. Add soda and strain into a Collins glass, and garnish with a celery ribbon inside the glass.

BOHO
2 oz. Seedlip Grove 42
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. hibiscus agua fresca
Tajín, a seasoning made of chili, lime and sea salt, to rim the glass
