As of Sept. 8, Midwest Airlines no longer will fly to Fort
Lauderdale and Fort Myers, Fla., or to San Diego. Also, flights
from the carrier's hub in Milwaukee to Los Angeles and Seattle will
require a Kansas City stopover. Service to Orlando will become
seasonal, operating Oct. 21 through April 30. To be discontinued
will be Midwest Connect regional service to Baltimore; Hartford,
Conn.; Louisville, Ky.; Muskegon, Mich.; Raleigh/Durham, N.C.; St.
Louis; San Antonio; and Wausau/Stevens Point, Wis. To see a map of
