Built to last (for five days): JCB’s innovative pavilion-within-a-trade-showLooking for a creative alternative to the 10-by-10-foot booth? At this year’s CONEXPO-CON/AGG, held March 11-15 in Las Vegas, equipment manufacturer JCB hired Seattle-based The Production Network to construct a 33,000-square-foot, three-story, fully wired pavilion that had a 3-D theater experience, cafes, a retail shop, three green rooms and a top-floor VIP lounge -- making it one of the largest exhibits at what will be North America’s largest trade show this year. It took 30 days and $8.5 million to construct.
