fitness room at Westin New YorkAccording to a poll by Health magazine and AOL CityGuide, getting a good night’s sleep and eating well are travelers’ top two health concerns. Accompanying the survey was a list of the top 11 health-conscious hotels in the United States, based on criteria such as dining options and fitness and spa offerings, along with “in-room environment, ecological initiatives and creative stress-reducing touches” such as the mini-Zen gardens that Seattle’s Watertown will deliver to guest rooms.
