A NEW TOOL FOR PLANNERS is Room Wizard, promising to minimize meeting room mix-ups. Developed by Hewlett-Packard and Steelcase and launched in November, the device is posted outside of meeting rooms to display the session name, duration and speaker. It runs on software that can be linked to an organization’s network to allow planners to make last-minute changes electronically. For details go to
