Post-itsFor a fun small-group ice breaker, pin a sheet of paper to each person's back, and hand out a stack of Post-it Notes to everyone in a group. Ask everyone to write on a Post-it a positive or neutral adjective that describes another person in the room, and to stick it to that person's piece of paper. Have them repeat the exercise for about 20 minutes, and then each person can introduce themselves using the adjectives on the piece of paper. Thanks to Cynthia Shon, owner of Pleasanton, Calif.-based Corporate Games Inc., for the idea. She sells binders full of games for ice breakers, team building and company picnics, priced at $75 each.
