Save the Patagonian Toothfish. Better known as Chilean sea bass, this toothsome white fish has become one of the hottest menu items of recent years. The result: Extreme overfishing could lead to extinction. Thus far, global efforts to undo the damage have been unsuccessful, according to Greenpeace and other organizations. What can you do? Don't order it.

Fido learned to stay? Why not send a card to commemorate the occasion? Hallmark's Pet Love Greetings line lets owners send warm wishes to their furry friends and lets pets return the favor. For instance, a cat might slip this card into his owner's suitcase: "I miss you& It's no fun ignoring you when you're not here."
