Yesterday, British Airways began all-business-class service from New York City's JFK International Airport to London City Airport. Two reconfigured Airbus A318s, with 32 lie-flat beds, make the trip twice daily. This is the first all-business-class service to launch since the high-profile failures in late 2007 and 2008 of three business-class airlines, Silverjet, Eos Airlines and Maxjet.
