Continental Airlines has become the 25th member of the largest global airline network, Star Alliance. Continental had been part of the competing SkyTeam, the world's second-largest airline network. Members of Continental's OnePass frequent-flyer program now will be able to earn and redeem miles on other Star Alliance carriers. Planners arranging a trip on Continental also will be able to participate in Star Alliance's Conventions Plus discount program. For more on this program, click here.
