The developers behind Boston's multiuse Seaport Square proposal, covering 23 waterfront acres in South Boston, have submitted revised plans to the Boston Redevelopment Authority, according to the Boston Business Journal. The development partners -- Gale International, Morgan Stanley Real Estate and W/S Development Associations -- put forth a plan that includes hotel, entertainment, dining, retail and other elements. A public comment period runs through mid-February.
