For the fifth year in a row, the United States was the top country for international association meetings, according to the International Congress & Convention Association, which released its annual city and country top-20 rankings for 2009 this week. The ICCA rankings, based on meetings that take place on a regular basis and rotate between a minimum of three countries, also showed Vienna and Barcelona were the top cities for international association gatherings.
