Business travel spend is projected to total $895 billion this year, according to research by American Express and the NBTA Foundation. That represents a 6 percent rise over 2009. Last year, the global business travel market contracted by 9 percent vs. 2008, Amex officials revealed during an NBTA press conference in Houston on Monday.
