Attendees are shaping up, thanks to the new Fit Meet­ing program now being piloted at select Sheraton properties across the country. "The initiative includes gentle workouts during breaks to boost physical strength and mental alertness, plus online follow-up advice to help keep you fit when you get home," says Hoyt Harper, Sheraton senior vice president and brand leader.
