For the sixth year in a row, the United States was the top country for international association meetings, according to the International Congress & Convention Association. Germany came in second place, followed by Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Japan, China, Brazil and Switzerland. The ICCA rankings, based on meetings that take place on a regular basis and rotate between a minimum of three countries, were released to ICCA members Monday. For cities, Vienna took the top spot, following by Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Madrid, Istanbul, Lisbon, Amsterdam and Sydney.
