Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International relaunched its website ( with a new design and new resources. The new members-only Knowledge Center offers tools for fueling sales, inspiring marketing and optimizing revenue, such as templates, articles, multimedia presentations and white papers. "The resource-rich site provides a clear road map and robust search engine to insights, not just information," said Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHBA, president and CEO of HSMAI. The new website also includes an area for members to create their own personalized page where they can keep track of their membership details, visit chapter websites, search other members and more. Other features include areas for research, career development, events and news. The new website is only one part of an effort to enhance HSMAI's brand that has been ongoing throughout the past year. New initiatives include a new logo, a restructured digital weekly newsletter and a new name and mission for the organization's conference series.
