Built in 1590 by a nobleman, Romantik Hotel Chesa Salis is in the mountaintop village of Bever, Switzerland, within striking distance of three ski resorts, including St. Moritz. The hotel, renovated in 2003, is quite the celebrity magnet, though staff is tight-lipped about its guests’ identities.
