Formerly a convent, the Romantik J&J in
Florence, Italy, has been reborn as a hotel, replete with antiques,
gigantic tapestries, original frescoes and fine linens. The hotel
can arrange cooking classes, olive oil tastings and tours of the
ancient and artistically important city.
Built in 1590 by a nobleman, Romantik Hotel Chesa
Salis is in the mountaintop village of Bever, Switzerland,
within striking distance of three ski resorts, including St.
