The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a RockResort, opened in Colorado on Saturday. The boutique property, just steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, offers 36 luxury rooms and 66 condominiums. The resort's restaurant, Centre V, is a French-style brasserie. The meeting space comprises a 2,622-square-foot Grand Ballroom and four breakout rooms. The 10,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa at The Arrabelle debuts in February.

The Landings St. Lucia, a RockResort, celebrated its grand opening on Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, on Dec. 19. The opening of the resort marks the return of the RockResorts brand to the Caribbean after an absence of 13 years.  The Landings currently offers 62 suites; 169 more will open over the next three years, for a total of 231 guest suites. The resort has a 7,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa, as well as a gym, a pool, a marina and a restaurant. As the new suites come online, new pools and restaurants will as well. The Landings has 2,600 square feet of meeting space.

About $5 million is being spent to renovate the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. The 395 guest rooms will be refurbished by the end of spring. This summer, the renovation of the restaurant also will be completed. The property offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space.

About $5 million will be spent on renovations at the 157-room La Posada de Santa Fe (N.M.) Resort & Spa. To be completed by spring, the project includes upgrading all rooms and adding a new restaurant.

Two 200-room Marriott hotels will be built next to the new Aquatica Waterpark at SeaWorld, which opens soon in Orlando. One will be a Springhill Suites and the other a Fairfield Inn & Suites, and both will open in May 2009. The 59-acre Aquatica Waterpark opens this March.
The PGA National Resort and Spa has been accepted into the Florida Green Lodging Program. The 339-room resort is in the middle of a multimillion-dollar renovation and offers 34,000 square feet of meeting space, 90 holes of golf and a 42,000-square-foot spa.

The 60-room Radisson Edwardian Leicester Square in London has reopened following a $12 million renovation. The property, in the city's West End, has three meeting rooms and a fitness room.
