The Meetings Effectiveness program surveys attendees and evaluates past events to determine which meeting attributes are most important to participants. The service also employs a simulation tool that shows planners how their programs might turn out if organized in different ways and which design changes could have the best impact on the event. Cost for the service is variable, based on a variety of factors, including the extent of the consulting relationship, the number of meetings evaluated and the complexity of the surveys.
