The 380-room Hilton Molino Stucky Venice opened last week. The property has a 6,400-square-foot spa and more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including seven meeting rooms, a board room and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom.

Rocco Forte Hotels will manage a new 90-room resort in Marrakesh, Morocco. The property, to open in December 2009, will include a spa, an 18-hole golf course, a golf academy and 80 privately owned villas. The hotel will have meeting space, which will be determined following the conclusion of a feasibility study.

The Sheraton Istanbul Maslak has reopened following a yearlong restoration. The property has 305 guest rooms, 18 meeting rooms, a health club and a spa.

The 109-room Le Richemond in Geneva will reopen following a yearlong refurbishment on Sept. 21. The property, now managed by Rocco Forte Hotels, has three meeting rooms, a ballroom and a spa.

Mohegan Sun casino resort in Uncasville, Conn., last month completed its $4 million purchase of the Pautipaug Country Club in Baltic, Conn., 15 miles north of the resort. This weekend the resort will unveil the golf course as the Mohegan Sun Country Club at Pautipaug. The course is Mohegan Sun's first.

A $20 million redesign project is under way at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. The restaurant and bar will be upgraded, to reopen this fall, adding the 22-seat formal "Chef’s Room." A second phase, to begin in early 2008, will renovate the 143 guestrooms and all public areas.

The 22,000-square-foot Doerr Hosier Meeting Center opens Saturday at the 98-room Aspen Meadows Resort, a Dolce International property in Colorado. The conference space has been approved by the International Association of Conference Centers.

The Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square, northwest of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, is scheduled to open June 9. The 248-room property has 15,000 square feet of meeting space.

A $15 million renovation has been completed at La Posada Hotel on the banks of the Rio Grande in Laredo, Texas. The 206-room property's original 1916 faade remains, but the rest of it has been redone. The hotel offers 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a new business center, a new fitness center and two renovated pools.

Crestline Hotels and Resorts will manage the 204-room Crowne Plaza Fairfield hotel in Fairfield, N.J., following the hotel's recent sale to True North Fairfield Property Partners LLC. The hotel offers 16,000 square feet of meeting space.
