Dallas Fort Worth International Airport has been named the best airport in the Americas for customer service by Airports Council International, followed by Halifax International, Ottawa International, Detroit Metro and San Diego International airports. DFW was second for airports with more than 40 million annual passengers and fifth in the world, based on the results of ACI's 2006 Air Service Quality program survey of more than 200,000 passengers worldwide. South Korea's Incheon International was named the top airport overall.

Clear Registered Traveler will launch a Registered Traveler program at New York's Albany International Airport within 30 days and begin operating a lane there within 60 days. For a fee, prescreened air travelers will be allowed access to a private lane with expedited security clearance.
