Denver International Airport will add
eight gates to Concourse C as part of a $160 million project,
according to the Denver Business Journal. This is in
addition to the planned regional jet facility that will be built at
Terminal B for United Airlines. Opened in 1995, the airport is
heading toward serving its capacity of 50 million passengers.
Predictions for this year say about 48 million people, a record
number, will fly through DIA.
