Work will be completed in early December. The 283-room property offers a total of 21,000 square feet of meeting space and the Golden Leaf Spa.

A $14 million room renovation was completed at the Sheraton Kauai Resort last week. All 394 rooms and suites were upgraded with a tropical design and feature new beds and flat-screen TVs. The room renovations were the first stage in a plan -- still under development -- that eventually will upgrade all public areas and restaurants, as well.
