Plans by Air Canada Jazz to reinstate service from Toronto City Centre Airport have been put on hold because the Toronto Port Authority has not approved the sublease between Jazz and Stolport Corp. for ground facilities at the airport. The TPA wants Jazz to sign a commercial carrier operating agreement, which the airline calls "secret" and "commercially restrictive." Consequently, travelers can no longer book seats on this service, and Air Canada and Jazz are refunding tickets or working to book customers who already have bought tickets from City Centre on alternative flights.
