The 394-room Royal Plaza reopened on Jan. 6 at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida following a renovation made necessary by Hurricane Charley in August 2004. The property also dropped the word Hotel from its name and is hence known as the Royal Plaza at the Walt Disney World Resort. The 17-story hotel has 17,500 square feet of meeting space for up to 1,100 people.

Milan's 401-room Hotel Principe di Savoia has unveiled 48 rooms that were refurbished by London designer, Francesca Basu.
