British Airways operations into and out of London Heathrow are almost back to normal in the wake of the Friday strike that disrupted the carrier's flights and stranded thousands of passengers. The action was carried out by BA employees sympathizing with 670 employees of the carrier's Heathrow catering supplier Gate Gourmet who were fired last week. According to BA, its long-haul operations may continue to experience "minor changes√Čover the next few days as we continue to rebuild our schedule." BA said flights operating out of Gatwick and other airports around the United Kingdom are operating on schedule.
