Last week, Jupitermedia Corporation sold its Search Engine Strategies trade shows and website to London-based Incisive Media PLC for $43 million. The SES shows, which run in cities such as San Jose, Chicago, Paris, Stockholm and Tokyo, are geared toward online professionals and media buyers. According to Jupitermedia CEO Alan Meckler, his company will use the proceeds from the trade show sale to "become even more aggressive in the licensing and distribution of commercial images."
