U.K.-based DMG World Media has acquired the AD:TECH series of trade exhibitions from JD Events. The AD:TECH interactive marketing conferences and exhibitions run annually in cities including San Francisco, Chicago and New York, and new shows are being launched in 2005 in London and Shanghai, China. "We will be looking to find new ways to enhance and build on the AD:TECH experience," said Mark Carr, EVP, DMG World Media. "Our culture is one of long-term involvement in the markets we serve, using a blend of industry expertise and seasoned exhibition professionals." The next AD:TECH event is scheduled for April 25-27, 2005, at the San Francisco Marriott.
