The Radisson SAS Hotel Belfast has opened in the Northern Ireland capital. The 128-room property has five meeting rooms. The entire hotel is a Wi-Fi zone, with wireless access available throughout all sleeping rooms, meeting rooms and public areas.

The 331-room Radisson SAS hotel Nice on the French Riviera has reopened following a $26 million renovation. The property, which includes 11 meeting rooms, a fitness center and public areas, was refurbished by Swedish designer Christian Lundwall.

The Woodbine Development Corp. has secured loans necessary to begin construction on the $135 million, 500-room Hyatt resort to be built outside Austin, Texas. The company already has begun work at the 405-acre site and aims for a 2006 opening. The resort will include a golf course, a full-service spa and more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
