The Santa Clara (Calif.) Convention Center next week will begin offering Wi-Fi technology throughout the facility. The new feature will give attendees Internet access anywhere in the 262,000-square-foot building. Other updates include new carpeting in the center's meeting rooms, theater and ballroom. A new UPS Store also has been added, offering business services to attendees seven days a week.

In May, the International Congress Center Dresden (Germany) will open. The center's Great Hall accommodates 4,150 auditorium style; it also has 15 meeting rooms and five additional congress halls that accommodate 340 to 615 seated attendees.
