Last week, Continental Airlines opened the final phase of the new 23-gate Terminal E at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. The carrier now has access to 100 gates at the airport.

Continental Airlines announced last week it finished installing self-check-in kiosks in all of the 130 airports served by the carrier. Reno/Tahoe International Airport, the last facility lacking Continental kiosks, was outfitted with one unit in December. Continental Airlines was the first carrier to install self-check-in technology, starting nine years ago with kiosks at Newark Airport.
