Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center Opens in Southern California

The Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center opened in Pomona, Calif., last week. The new facility brings an additional 85,000 square feet of function space to the Southern Californian destination and features interactive digital white boards, videoconferencing capabilities and high-speed wireless Internet. The $28 million facility is IACC-certified and engineered to achieve LEED Silver certification. The new conference center is part of the larger 487-acre Fairplex Campus that includes the 244-suite Sheraton Fairplex Hotel and 300,000-square-foot exposition center.
