Carnival Magic Begins Sailing From Galveston

The 3,690-passenger Carnival Magic now sails from Galveston, Texas, stopping in Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and Mexico. The ship joins sister vessel Carnival Triumph, which offers itineraries to Mexico ports. Also now using Galveston's facilities is Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas. The 2,400-passenger Disney Magic will begin sailing from the port city in September 2012, followed by the 3,080-passenger Crown Princess in December 2012.
