CIC Releases APEX Tool for RFPs

The Convention Industry Council has released a new APEX tool for creating and managing requests for proposal. The APEX RFP Workbook allows planners to keep their most common RFPs in one convenient location. "Our goals in were to provide a simple resource that was built on 'APEX DNA' and focused on being accessible and easy to use and understand," said MaryAnne Bobrow of Bobrow & Associates, chair of the APEX Standards Review Council, made up of volunteers who created the tool. The workbook includes templates for single-facility events; citywide events/destination; event technology/audiovisual; DMC and transportation services; and general service contractors.
