CityScape Debuts in Downtown Phoenix

CityScape, a $900 million mixed-use development in downtown Phoenix, was unveiled last week. The complex has 1.8 million square feet of commercial, retail, residential and hotel space; the 250-room Hotel Palomar Phoenix will open on-site in the second half of 2011.
