Collaborative Thinking
by Jonathan Vatner7/7/2011
Before a conference, invite attendees to submit short descriptions of their perfect meeting. The suggestions might be about starting and ending on time, or giving everyone a voice, or about creating a meeting that everyone would attend even if they didn’t have to. Ask an external judge to read the most intriguing one at the opening session, and then challenge the group to make it happen. Thanks to Dr. Marlene Caroselli, business speaker, trainer and author, for the idea.
